Last week I brought you news that Ruby Isle were up to their old tricks again, reworking the top song on the Elbo.ws chart that week (which happened to be Fleet Foxes “White Winter Hymnal”).  This week the hi-jinks continue as Ruby Isle tackles Bon Iver’s “Skinny Love”.

I don’t know if I completely like it, but I have a lot of respect for their creative energy and the fact that not only did they record the song this week, but they also shot a video for it to boot.  I have my fingers crossed that next week’s number 1 track on Elbo.ws is Glasvegas’s “Geraldine”.
