NEW MUSiC: Japandroids “Art Czars”

There was some fantastic bit of news in my inbox yesterday: Japandroids are back with a new song, and a new project.  They’ll be releasing a five-part series of 7″ singles throughout 2010 on Polyvinyl Records, each featuring a  previously unreleased track from the sessions for their debut album, Post Nothing,  alongside a cover. Each two-song 7″ will be recorded during the brief period of time the band is at home between tours.  It may not be a full album, but something is better than nothing, and “Art Czars” certainly ain’t nothing:
