Self-correction
Alt Altman, aka Digits is getting set for another EP release this year. Only Affection isn’t going to be out for another month, but we’ve already got a taste of what this electro-maestro has in store for us.
Slinky, sexy, delicious and decadent: “Because It’s Wrong” is so, so right. Maybe I’m showing my age, but it reminds me of prime era Depeche Mode, with Altman’s vocals just as seductive as Dave Gahan’s ever could be.
Only Affection comes on the heals of Digits’ previous EP, Lost Dream, which you can still download for free right now. As if this isn’t enough to keep Altman busy, he’s also started a new band, Bad Passion, that he describes as a “slow dream-pop/R&B group”.
