QUiCK HiT: Zeus, “Are You Gonna Waste My Time?”
WHO: Toronto’s heavy-riffing gods of thunder, Zeus (Mike O’Brien, Carlin Nicholson, Rob Drake, Neil Quin)
WHAT: “Are You Gonna Waste My Time?” is the first offering from the band’s sophomore LP (title TBA) due in early 2012.
WHEN: Zeus is on tour with Sam Roberts Band right now. They play Saskatoon tonight, are in Regina tomorrow, and then make their way to Winnipeg on Tuesday, and Thunder Bay Wednesday before heading to the U.S. before a string of headline shows in Ontario mid-November: London’s Call The Office on the 22nd; The Casbah in Hamilton on teh 23rd; Lee’s Palace in T.O. on the 24th (Happy Birthday, Mom!); Zaphod’s in Ottawa on the 25th, and The Grad Club in Kingston on the 26th.
